Everything begins with your inquiry. I'd love to hear about the two of you and your wedding plans. From there, I'll answer your questions, share more details, and help you choose the collection that's the perfect fit for your day.
01. Get to Know Each Other
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your contract and invoice. After everything is signed and your retainer is received, your wedding date is officially reserved. We'll stay in touch throughout the planning process, and I'm always here to answer questions along the way.
02. Make It Official
About a month before your wedding, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire so I can learn about your timeline, family photo list, vendor team, and all the meaningful details of your day. Together, we'll make sure everything is organized so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
03. Wedding Planning
This is the part you've been waiting for. I'll be there to document every meaningful moment—from the big emotions to the quiet in-between moments—while gently guiding you whenever needed. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, present, and free to enjoy every moment together.
04. Your Wedding Day
Within a few days, you'll receive a sneak peek to celebrate the beginning of your new chapter. Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, thoughtfully edited and beautifully presented in an online gallery, ready for you to download, share, and print. My hope is that every image brings you right back to the joy and emotion of your wedding day.
05. Relive the Moments
I offer a variety of wedding collections designed to fit different wedding days. Whether you're planning a small celebration or a full-day wedding, I'm happy to help you find the right fit. If you need something different, I can also create a custom collection based on your timeline and coverage needs.
What wedding packages do you offer?
Most couples book 6–12 months in advance. Fall dates, especially in October, tend to book up quickly, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and wedding date.
How far in advance should we book?
Absolutely! I photograph weddings throughout Illinois and beyond. Travel is included within my local service area. For weddings outside that area, a travel fee may apply. If you're planning a destination wedding, I'd be happy to provide a custom quote.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I’m happy to help with your wedding day planning, from creating a photography timeline to offering location and vendor recommendations when needed. My goal is to make the photography experience feel organized, relaxed, and seamless so you can focus on enjoying your day.
Are you able to help us with planning our Wedding?
Yes! I’ll personally be your lead photographer and your main point of contact throughout the entire experience. Depending on your collection, a second photographer may also be included. All final images, including those captured by my second photographer, are personally selected and edited by me to ensure a consistent look and feel throughout your gallery.
WILL YOU BE THE PHOTOGRAPHER AT OUR WEDDING?
Absolutely. I photograph every wedding with professional camera bodies, backup equipment, and multiple lenses to ensure I’m prepared for the unexpected. My cameras also record to dual memory cards, providing an additional layer of security for your images throughout the day.
DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
You can expect 60–100 photos per hour of coverage. But I never cap how many photos I deliver! It’s very possible you’ll receive more than 100 photos per hour.
How many photos will we receive?
Absolutely! Love is love, and every couple is welcome here. It would be an honor to document your story and celebrate this special season with you.
