Everything begins with your inquiry. Tell me a little about your event, including the date, location, and the kind of coverage you’re looking for. From there, I’ll answer your questions, share availability and pricing, and help you choose the coverage that best fits your plans.
01. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR EVENT
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your contract and invoice. After everything is signed and your retainer is received, your event date is officially reserved. We'll stay in touch as your event approaches, and I'm always here to answer any questions along the way.
02. Make It Official
As your event approaches, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire so I can learn more about your timeline, key moments, important people, and any special details you'd like me to capture. Together, we'll make sure everything is organized so you can relax and enjoy your event while I document it all.
03. PLAN THE DETAILS
This is the part you've been waiting for. I'll be there to document every meaningful moment—from the big moments to the quiet in-between ones—while gently guiding you whenever needed. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and present, so you can simply enjoy your event while I capture it as it unfolds.
04. Your event Day
Your full gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks, thoughtfully edited and beautifully presented in an online gallery, ready for you to download, share, and print. My hope is that every image brings you right back to the joy, energy, and meaningful moments of your event.
05. RELIVE THE MOMENTS
I photograph a variety of events, including birthday celebrations, anniversaries, baby showers, graduation parties, corporate events, private gatherings, and other special occasions.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH?
Absolutely. I photograph events in a variety of settings, from intimate indoor gatherings to larger outdoor celebrations, and I’ll adapt to the lighting and flow of your event.
CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR EVENTS?
Absolutely! I photograph events throughout Illinois and beyond. Travel is included within my local service area. For events outside that area, a travel fee may apply.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! My approach is a mix of candid storytelling and gently guided portraits. I’ll document the natural moments as they unfold while also making sure we capture important group photos and portraits along the way.
DO YOU TAKE BOTH CANDID AND POSED PHOTOS?
If your event runs longer than planned and I’m available to stay, additional coverage can be added. Just let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue documenting the celebration.
